Twenty-four Rolls Square Bar Straightening Machine is used for hexagonal bars or square bars to straighen precisely.

1. Technical performance:

(1)Composed by 11 rollers vertical straighener with 2 feeding pinch roll and 11 rollers horizontal straighener

(2)Synchronous operation control and  the operation control of discharging mechanism of the straightening machine are managed by Japan Mitsubishi PLC as the center of the electrical control system

(3)At present mostly used offline stand alone works ,the same time,the adjustment of the radial distancemanual of the straightening roller adjust by hand in order to achieve precision straightening
