(1)  Coil stock frame:    The frame can be rounded while drawing  machine operation .

(2)  Pre-straighten device: The equipment straightens the coil stock for entering into the entrance of drawing

die. Consists of  multi-horizontal-rollers and multi-vertical-rollers.      

(3) Continuous drawing device :

The pivotal part of drawing machine ,it is composed of a drawing model and two cams and two drawing-dollys.

There are two drawing-dollys  reciprocating moving by turns.The drawing-dollys are lubricated

by lubricating set.

(4)   Fine straightener:

This device consists of multi-horizontal-rollers and multi-vertical-rollers.  It covers various sorts of bars.

(5)   Shear for setting up length :

The bar length is measured by the revolving coder. By using dry frictional air clutch , shearing can reacts in a flash

and drive cutting parts to cut off material, to reduce the inertia by baric arrester.

(6)  Polishing straightening machine:

The equipment finishes the series work and come out with finished round roll. It contains flinging plate and

straightening ring of high precision and rigidity.

The products of stick type has high quality on linearity and luminosity .

(7)  The plate for collecting sticks

The sticks out of the polishing machine are collected on the plate ,in order to carry out or box .

(8)  Electrical control system

The control system of drawing machine consists of a main control cabinet ,an operation panel and sorts of

sensors.

The main control cabinet is composed of center control unit which called PLC ,direct current transducer, power

switch ,contactors and other control elements.
